Memorial to a shooting accident. Dated 1852. Polished marble, on a squared rubble plinth. Classic obelisk with a tapering shaft. Base inscribed:- "Here Fell Mortally Wounded By The Accidental Discharge Of A Gun Whilst Shooting With Some Friends October 30th, 1852, Hungerford Colston*.
