Drinking Fountain. Circa 1868. Exercise in the use of English stone, comprising Cornish granite, Doulting limestone, Cornish Serpentine and Pennant sandstone. Square Gothic structure on plinth, crocketed gables and finials. Gables have armorial shields in blind trefoils. Metal drinking trough to West side, dog trough at base. Cast gratings over drain around plinth. (The Builder, P90, December 5 1868).
