Farmhouse. Probably C16, reshaped C18. Local lias stone cut and squared; Welsh slate roof between stepped coped gables, hipped forward projection; brick end and intermediate chimney stacks. 'L'-plan; two storeys, five bays, of which bay one is a two-bay projection. C20 casement windows throughout, of two and three lights; to lower bay four a flush-panelled door in heavy frame; timber lintols to all openings in main block, concrete lintols to extension. Single-storey lean-to east of projection.

Interior not seen, but reported are wide stone fireplaces, deep chamfered beams, some C18 features, and a suspected cob wall.
