Detached farmhouse, C17 but remodelled. Ham stone cut and squared; triple- roll clay tile roof between high coped
gables, suggesting former thatch; stone slab chimney stacks. Two storeys. 3 bays. Hollow-chamfer mullioned windows, all
3-light except lower bay 1, which is 4-light, labels to lower windows; to lower bay 2 a chamfered cambered-arched
doorway under square label with boarded door; wide 2-bay extension on north gable with casement windows, and further
lean-to against that north gable. Interior not seen, but a report speaks of a cross-passage between two rooms in the
older south section, fireplaces at both ends, and to rear an outshut with separate stair; roof not examined. (VAG
Report, SRO Unpublished, June l981).
