Church. 1870-1. Culshaw and Sumners. Stone with banded slate roofs. 6-bay nave with aisles under cross gables. Diagonally placed porches at west end. Chancel with north tower and porch, south vestry. West end has 5-light window with Geometrical tracery, aisles have 3- light windows between buttresses. Clerestory has pointed arched lunettes. Tower has angle buttresses with 3-light bell openings with deep louvres, the central light has balcony on angel corbels and flanking shafts supporting gabled and traceried hood. Broach spire with bowed broaches. 2-bay porch has hipped roof with cresting, gabled entrances to east and north of one order. Canted chancel has 3-light east window with gable over, angles have lancets. Parapet and hipped roof with cresting. 3-bay vestry has entrance up steps and hipped roof with cresting and cross-axial stack. Interior not inspected.
