Lychgate and wall. 1868. By G E Street for Sir Tatton Sykes. Ashlar wall
and timber framed lychgate, plain clay roofing tiles. Lychgate has triple-
chamfered plinth to post and principal rafter framework with arch braces,
scissor braces, and 6 trefoil-headed openings with transoms to right and
left. Low churchyard wall with shaped coping stones. Included for group
considerations.
