A large building of 1861 by Cuthbert Brodrick. 3 storeys in red brick with
stone dressings. Stone brackets at eaves. 5 windows, in recesses, segmental
heads, those to 1st floor have mullions with carved stone capitals. Carved
roundels to the arches. Round-headed windows with capitals to ground floor, and
similar doorway. Hipped slate roof. Cast iron staircase.
