Circa 1830. 3 storeys in painted stucco, Ground floor rusticated, 3
sash windows with glazing bars, arched heads with-radial bars, Central
arched entrance with 6-panel door with fielded upper panels, radial bar
fanlight and window each side with reeded architraves and paterae at the
springing of the arches, 1st floor windows have cill string and reeded
architraves with paterae and cornices. 2nd floor windows have reeded
architraves and paterae. Rusticated quoins. Simple wood cornice with
widely spaced block brackets to wood gutter. Hipped slate roof. Flank
of house facing Guildhall is plain. Tile roof to side wing of 2 storeys
in brick with 4 segmental-headed sash windows with glazing bars, in reveals.
