COTTINGHAM NORTHGATE TA 03 SW (south side) 7/23 Beech House - II

House. Late C18/early C19. Brick, timber cornice, slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central glazed and panelled door with fanlight with radial glazing in pilastered doorcase with open pediment. C19 square bays with 2-light casements to right and to left. First floor: three 12-pane sashes with sills under wedge lintels. Mutule eaves cornice, hipped roof, end stacks.
