GV II

Service wing of former Ickleford Manor and remains of former manor house adjoining, now 2 houses. Early C18, remodelled after fire c.1911. Ground floor stucco on red brick, 1st floor thin timber frame with red brick infill panels. Steep old red tile roof to main range, hipped at W end. Stuccoed remains of manor house largely reduced to single-storey. A tall 2-storeys, 7 windows long range on S side of courtyard facing N with remains of manor house adjoining at SW including a tall arched chimney and 5 flush-box sash windows facing N. Main range has E gable chimney, 2 chimneys along ridge, large gabled porch one window from E end with 8-panel door inside. RH 2 windows are 1 Yew Tree Lodge with gabled porch at RH end. Flush-box sash windows with 6/6 panes. Part of picturesque courtyard group.
