Circa 1830. 2-storey, 6 window, stuccoed facade with low pitched slate roof concealed behind heavy, moulded cornice and blocking course with frieze beneath. At left of this a 2-storey, half-octagonal bay, with window in each front face, under half-octagonal, hipped, slate roof with shallow gable end behind. Band over 1st floor windows in main block and band at 1st floor level in bay. In main block windows are sashes with glazing bars in moulded architraves; in bay plain sashes in plain reveals. 2 doors: one on extreme right has console bracketed cornice hood; one in 3rd bay from left has prostyle wooden porch with square columns and entablature, filled in at a later date. Stuccoed plinth.
The Abbey Mills (Western and Eastern blocks) and Abbey Mill House
form a group.
