2. Mid C18. 3 storeys, 5 windows. Blue brick and red brick dressings. Stone cornice and brick parapet. Stone band at 1st floor and stone plinth. Gauged, segmental, brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars in broad, near-flush frames (except on ground floor, where sashes have been replaced and panes are leaded). Prostyle porch with paired Tuscan columns and entablature with Triglyph frieze and mutule cornice. 3 steps to door with moulded architrave, and patterned fanlight. Cast iron railings with spearhead standards and pineapple finials. Inside a staircase with spiral- turned balusters and cut string. Hall and some rooms with original panelling. VCH page 473.

Nos 28 to 46 (even) and No 50 form a group.
