House. C17 timber frame. Painted brick front. Flint plinth. Machine tile roof. Weatherboarded E gable end with C18/19 external red brick stack. Roughcast rear elevation with gabled stair projection. 2 storeys. 3 C20 casements, segmental-headed to ground floor. Central door. 2-3 bay interior; probably a lobby-entrance plan. Wall plate visible at eaves.
