House. Mid C19. Polychrome yellow and red brickwork now painted white except the chimney. Hipped slate roof. A 2 storeys, 3 windows symmetrical house facing E. Double-pile double-fronted plan with chimney surviving only on S half. Plinth and ovolo moulded eaves course to boxed eaves. Recessed sash windows under flat arches with 8/8 panes but 6/6 panes in centre over door. 6- panel door with radial glazing bars in rectangular fanlight. Tuscan pilastered wooden doorcase with full entablature and triangular pediment. Set back on left, 2 storeys and parapet coach-house with a sash window above the half-gazed recessed double doors. An unaltered mid C19 brick house providing an essential element in a mixed group of picturesque older houses in this part of the Conservation Area. Included for group value.
