Rectory, now a private house. Circa 1710, front moved from E to S front in early C19 with new porch and internal alterations, W entrance wing 1924. Red brick with a steep pyramidial old red tile roof. A tall square 2-storeys, cellar and attics Queen Anne house originally facing E, with low stuccoed kitchen wing at NW. E front has plinth, floor band interrupted at corners, moulded wood eaves cornice, hipped dormer on roof slope with sash windows of 3/3 panes, and 5 windows on each floor spaced 2:1:2 with flat gauged arches, white projecting keystones, slightly recessed box sashes with 4/4 panes and sunk panels in brickwork below 1st floor windows. LH windows made blind when front created on S and former central doorway altered to a matching window. 2 RH Ground Floor windows lengthened to French windows leading onto small terrace. S front has regular segmental arched sash windows with 6/6 panes and symmetrical front with 5 windows and central porch with full entablature and blocking course, breaking forward over door. Panelled moulded surround to flush-beaded door. Discreet panelled door in new shallow entrance wing set back at W. (RCHM Typescript).
