MALCOLM STREET 1. 942 TL 4558 NW 4/570 Nos 1 to 6 (consec) TL 4558 NW 4/570A Nos 7 to 11 (consec) TL 4558 NW 4/570B Nos 16 to 18 (consec) TL 4558 NW 4/570C Nos 19 to 25 (consec) TL 4558 NW 4/570D Nos 26 to 29 (consec) II 2. Five separate blocks of almost identical houses. Circa 1842. Probably built by James Webster. Grey gault brick. 2 storeys and basement, 2 windows, sashes, mostly with glazing bars, some with iron grilles. 4 panel doors, rectangular fanlights over. Plain wrought iron spike railings with vase finials on the main stanchions. Stylized brick entablature at parapet level. Slate mansard roof. (RCHM 229).
