House. C16, largely rebuilt in C18, late C19 brick front.
Timber frame roughcast,red brick front. Old red tile roof with
front bellcast. A 2-storeys, 2-cells, central chimney plan house
facing W with a narrow through passage at the S end, and one-
storey rear wing at NE. 2 windows wide front with entrance door
between Ground floor windows and smaller door to passage at RH
end. Recessed sash windows with 8/8 panes and cambered arches.
Similar arches to doors. 6-panel moulded front door recessed
with moulded frame. Flush frame to 6-panel flush-beaded side
door. C16 timber framing in NE wall visible from No 52. C16
double-ogee moulded door jamb in rear wing. (RCHM Typescript).
