House. Early to mid C17, extended early to mid C19. Timber frame range at rear with red brick nogging and front extension. Tile and slate roofs. Originally 2 bays with a 1 bay rear wing added. 2 storeys. Timber frame exposed to rear and on right return, posts, queen struts to clasped purlin roof. Right return horizontal sliding sashes C19 canted bay to rear. To rear right 1 bay wing with rear gable end large truncated external stack with offsets, a horizontal sliding sash, a projection on right side of stack, entrance on inner return wall. Early stack to original left end, recapped in C19. C19 slate roofed front range. 3 bays. 2 storeys. Central entrance with cambered head, canted bay to left, slightly canted out. C19 shop window to right with panelled base and large projecting hood on iron supports. First floor glazing bar sashes. Right end stack. Interior: ground floor chamfered bearers, wind braces.
