Includes No 1 Severn Side South. House, now shops and restaurant. Early C18 with mid-C19 and some late C20 alterations. Brick with hipped tile roof. Four storeys, elaborately moulded brick cornice; three windows: plate glass boxed sashes with segmental heads, some to second floor, to third floor the windows are shorter, and central window blind; ground floor: bowed shop front with pilasters and dentilled cornice, central entrance with two-leaf half-glazed door, a 3-pane shop window each side; Severn Side South front: four storeys, moulded string to first and second floors; four windows: two canted oriels to left (formerly sashes with segmental heads), two to right blind with segmental windows; second floor: wooden cross-window to left, a 3-light casement and two boxed plate glass sashes to right, all with segmental heads; third floor: 2-light casement to left, then a 3-light casement, two blocked windows to right; ground floor: three windows: two 2-light C20 casements to left, 3- light C20 casement to right of these, with entrance between which has a wooden architrave. and a half-glazed door; to right of 3-light casement another entrance;leading to restaurant, at right-hand corner a former shop window blocked, with an inset moulded wooden architrave and 4-panelled door. Interior: stair to restaurant is an open well staircase with ramped and moulded hand rail, turned balusters and closed string.
