Includes nos 23 and 24 Dog Lane (south side). Three houses. Painted brick with tile roof, stacks in ridge. Late C18, renovated late C20. L-plan, 17 Severn Side North facing north-east, 23 and 24 Dog Lane facing north-west. Northieast front: two storeys, dentilled brick cornice; three windows: two 2-light casements flank a 3-light casement; ground floor windows similar with segmental heads; entrance to left of centre has a shallow pedimented C20 canopy on plain wooden brackets; C20 door of six raised and fielded panels. North-west front: two storeys with dentilled brick cornice; no 23 to right is of unpainted brick; one plus two windows: two 3-light casements with a 2-light casement to right; ground floor windows C20 casements with segmental heads, a further window to left also has a segmental head; entrance to no 24 has a segmental head, plain wooden archi- trave and C20 boarded door; to right the entrance to no 23 has a segmental galvanised iron canopy, plain wooden architrave, door of six flush panels.
