2. 1850s semi-detached pair. Yellow stock brick, stucco dressings, slate hipped roof. 2 storeys over cellar, attic dormers. 2- window centre and 1-window recessed sides. Square ground floor window bays of 3 arched lights, 1st floor 6/6-pane sashes. End bays have round-headed doors with radiating fans and pairs of 1st floor, round-headed casements. Deep eaves with paired brackets. Stuccoed architrave floor band. Central chimney stacks with dentil cornices. No 78 with original footscrapers.
