House. Mid-C18 with mid-C20 alterations. Handmade brick, painted at rear; slate roof and parapets with stone copings at gable ends and two large ridge stacks. Two storeys and attic with rear dormer; three-course bands at storey levels. Four bays; windows are all cross-casements with gauged flat heads; they are all C20 replacements except for those in the fourth bay. Attic lights in left gable end. Main entrance at right gable end enclosed by C20 porch. Interior not inspected. There is a hipped-roofed, two-storey single-bay addition at the right gable end, in front of the present main entrance; it has a 3-light C20 casement in its front elevation and a 2-light casement on both floors at its right end. Also large C18 and C19 wings at rear.
