GV II

Outbuilding, now house. Mid-C17 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and
additions. Handmade brick with plain tiled roof and rear stack. Two bays.
Single storey and attic with dormers. South elevation: ground floor 3-light
ashlar splayed mullioned window; two gabled C20 dormers with 2-light case-
ments; C20 door to right. West gable end has a large C20 mullion and transom
window (probably a replacement); blocked doorway with cambered head to right.
East gable end has a ground floor 2-light casement with cambered head and
two ventilation slits in the gable. Interior not inspected. The building
is the only original surviving outbuilding to Norgrove Court (qv) and it is
situated close to the main south front. It is particularly prominent when
approaching Norgrove Court down the main driveway. A C19 outbuilding adjoins
The Old Cottage on the north side; this is divided into two dwellings known
as The Old Workshop and The Loft and is not of special architectural interest.
