House. Circa 1600. Timber-framed with slate roof. T-plan with cross-wing at right. Framed in square panels with row of close-studding above sill. Two-storey C19 rendered gabled porch fills angle with cross-wing and has first floor window and pointed doorway. To its left the main range is of two bays and has casement windows. The left-hand one on the ground floor is C20 and of steel, and the right-hand one is of three lights with transom and leaded glazing. The cross-wing is of one bay. The ground floor window is of four lights, the first floor one of three lights. Both have a transom and leaded glazing. The attic window has timber mullions. Chimney to left of porch. On the right-hand return wall of the cross-wing are two further chimneys, both with projecting stacks. Interior: the fireplace in the room to the left of the porch has moulded jambs and a damaged lintel. Little remains of painted decoration discovered on the studwork of the rear wall of this range.
