LITTLE DEWCHURCH CP - SO 53 SW Churchyard cross about 5/53 15 yards south of the south-east window of the nave of the Church of St David GV II
Churchyard cross. Probably C14. Sandstone ashlar. Three steps to square base with chamfered top and ogee-headed niche to west side. Stump of octagonal shaft about two feet high has screws for former sundial. Pyramidical stops to shaft bring it to square base. The steps, base and shaft are, unusually, completely unrestored. (BOE, p 235; RCHM, Vol I, p 48).
