House. C17 or early C18. Timber-framed with plastered infill panels, slate roof. T-plan, the principal part being a two-bay gabled cross- wing with rubble side stack and tall brick shaft to left return. Two storeys, 1:2 windows, C20 casements. Framing: small square panels, four up from cill to plate, short struts to angles of cross-wing, collar-and- tie-beam truss with three struts to collar and V-struts above exposed to cross-wing gable; gabled side-lit bargeboarded C20 porch central to set-back main block. Low pantiled former cart house and wash house with rubble chimney to right.
