Farmhouse. Probably late C17, enlarged and re-cast to late C18 to early C19. Timber-frame, brick cladding, concrete tile and pantile roof with three brick stacks. Two parallel three-bay ranges with taller brick extension of almost equal length to east. Two storeys. South elevation: six windows, three to each part; left part has segmental heads with C20 casements to first floor and early C19 iron casements either side of a roughly central entry in a gabled, possibly C17, timber-framed porch: right part has regular fenestration of 3-light late C19 casements and two casements each of 12 panes, central ledged door under cambered head, dentilled brick eaves cornice and pantiled roof.
