Farmhouse. C17 with early C18 and C19 alterations. Rubble and brick with plain tile roof. Originally T-plan with 3 rooms and brick stack at junction; rubble infill block in north east angle of T possibly C18, and early C18 brick wing added to south. West front: 1½ and 2 storeys, attic lit by gabled dormer to left, porch in angle to gabled range: gable truss contains 6 inter- secting raking struts with 2 plank weatherings; early C18 wing to right of brick (slightly irregular English bond) with blue brick headers at quoins and dressings, 2 storeys on cellar (entrance in right gable with fielded panel door); door to left corner of wing under flat canopy supported on scrolled brackets, rear elevation is of 2 bays with glazing bar sashes. Interior: 2 moulded plank doors in C17 portion; early C18 raised and fielded panel doors to brick wing, and in south east corner ground floor a fireplace with rounded corners to surround and possible spice cupboard above.
