Cottage. C17. Timber-framed, lath-and-plaster and painted brick infill, partly bricked at rear, brick right gable end, tiled roof, brick stack. Straight range of 2 framed bays with later lean-to to left gable end enclosing large formerly external stack with detached brick shaft, later stack at right gable end, central main entrance with second entrance in later lean-to. Single storey and attic, two 2-light metal casements on ground floor, one either side of later porch, 2 dormers. Framing Framing is almost complete. 3 panels from sill to wall-plate, one diagonal brace from sill to corner post to left and upper angle brace from post to wall- plate at right.
