13/21 The Lees (formerly listed as outbuilding immediately 11.6.59 west of Rectory)
GV II
Outbuilding, now house. C17, incorporating C16 remnants, remodelled mid-C20. Timber-frame with brick infill and machine tile roof. L-plan, limbs extend- ing to north and east. Garden (south) front of two storeys with gabled cross- wing to left, had three plus three 2-light C20 casements over one plus two windows, two of three lights and one of two lights to right. Framing: four square panels high to east wing with clasped purlin gable-end truss. Other range of three square panels high, the gable with three struts to collar, V-struts in apex, and trenched purlins. (RCHM, 3, p 83, no 4).
