Farmhouse. Late C18 with attached C17 house, with some mid-C20 alterations. Rendered brick with hipped slate roof and coursed rubble with tile roof. C18 house: stacks to side walls, three storeys, quoined, modillioned cornice to plain parapet, three windows: two 16-pane boxed sashes flank a glazing bar sash, all under plaster wedge lintels with keystones. Second floor: 12- and 9-pane sashes. Central entrance has a pilastered wooden doorcase with open pediment, fanlight and half-glazed door. To right C17 house. One storey with attic lit by a gabled dormer. Ground floor has casement under square label to right, entrance to left.
