GV II

Barn, shelter shed, stable and hop kiln. Late C18 with mid-C19 alterations and additions. Brick with plain tiled roofs. T-plan; three-bay barn aligned north- west/south-east; central wagon bay has opposed double doors with cambered heads; dentilled eaves cornice and header ventilation courses. Shelter shed adjoins south-east gable end; three bays; south-west farmyard elevation has one door and two openings divided by a square pier. Stable wing aligned south-west/north-east adjoins north-west gable end of barn; two levels with dentilled eaves cornice; two bays; south-east farmyard elevation has a 2-light upper level window and a door, both have cambered heads; south-west gable end adjoins Common House Farmhouse (qv); north-east end adjoins hop kiln; square with pyramidal slate roof. The group of buildings surrounds the north and east side of the farmyard.
