2/16 (East Side) The Den and Lynton GV II
Cottage range C17 blue lias stone, rendered on Lynton, and plain tile roofs. One- storey and attic. The Den has large gable with renewed 1st floor triple casement and iron triple casement to ground floor with modern lintel. Modern porch. To right casement pair and gabled dormer over. Modern garage inserted through stone shed at North end. Lynton has one ridge stack and South end wall stack, 2 gabled dormers with iron casements. Ground floor door with Cl9 sash to left and very small 4 pane window to right.
