House, subdivided into three dwellings. C17 with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-framed, painted brick infill and brick replacement walling, plain tiled roof, retiled mid-C20 at north end. Three framed bays aligned north/south with chimney between central and north bay with brick stack to front of ridge and also external brick chimney with offsets at south gable end. Single storey and attic with dormers.

Framing: three panels from sill to wall-plate, long straight braces in lower corners and collar and tie-beam truss with struts visible in north gable end. East front elevation: ground floor has three three-light casements, a large gabled dormer with paired two-light casement in the north bay; beneath the large dormer is a gabled C20 timber-framed porch with half-glazed door and there is a smaller, similar porch at the north end.

Interior not inspected.

A two-storey C20 wing adjoins the central bay at the rear and there is also a single-storey hipped roofed extension to the rear and side of the south bay. During the C19 a small gloving community lived in the village and the land in front of this building is said to have once been used as a glovers' yard.
