Cottage. Early C19, altered C20. Rendered cob, thatch roof. End onto road, rear onto lane. 1½ storey, 2 bay with added single storey bay at one end. Lane facade has 2-light casement in each bay. Garden front has to RH bay, near centre gabled porch and ½-glazed door, 2-light casement beside and in other bay. Over three 2-light eyebrow dormers. C20 additions to low bay at RH end. Stack at RH end and in centre of taller part. Roof hipped to LH end ramping down lower hipped bay.
