Lodge. Circa 1874 by RN Shaw. Brick, half-hipped gables plain tile roof, brick stack. Plan of 1½ storey, 2 bay building with very tall roof, crossing possibly added at on end, and large gable to front roof of other end bay. Road front has drive down RH side. At LH end crosswing projects with on LH side under pent- roof on posts a door. Front of bay has 3-light casement and another in half- timbering on 1st floors below gable. In centre bay to RH side single light under small outshot roof. RH bay has single light under moulded timber bressemer to jettied 1st floor and gable. 3-light casement on 1st floor. Large moulded stack in centre set just behind ridge.
