(Formerly listed as Benhams Farm Cottage)

House. C16, C17, late C18, late C19, and C20. Frame exposed in the north gable and the upper part of the front, with brick infilling, the lower part being rendered (cement and roughcast), the next section is of ironstone with brick quoins and cambered arches, the single-storeyed extension being of brickwork. The old part (north side) has a steep tiled roof, hipped at the south end with a gablet: slate roofs of different pitch above the other two sections. Late medieval two-bay timber framed hall, with fireplace and first floor added, with a C18 extension, and a further extension of the C19. The front (east) is of 1.2.2. storeys, 1.1.2 windows. Casements. C20 gabled brick porch.

Interior: shows that the massive fireplace was added to the outside of the frame, which was then extended to form the north gable. Small C20 flat-roofed service block at the rear, of ironstone with brick dressings.
