BEAULIEU ST LEONARD'S SZ 49 NW 15/5 Farmbuildings, north- west of St Leonard's 8.10.59 Farmhouse. (formerly listed as outbuildings at St Leonard's Grange) GV II Farmbuildings around courtyard. Early C19. Red brick with yellow brick dressings, old plain tile roof. U-shaped farm range and separate building forming 4th side. Centre part of U-shaped side has in middle 2 storey pavilion with off-centre opening on ground floor and 2-light window on 1st floor, hipped roof and hip-roofed cupola. Each side single storey 3 bay ranges with stable doors. Other wings of 6 bays with stable doors, double doors and some slated window. Separate building of 1½ storey, 5 bays. Similar openings and loft doors on ends. Though plain and unpretentious, these buildings form a pleasant group with the adjacent medieval structures.
