GV II
Mansion, now subdivided into flats. Early C19, with mid C19 extension of rear wings. Walls of stucco, plinths, 1st floor band, low parapet with cornice above a plain frieze. Hipped slate roof. Symmetrical north west front, with sides set forward in double steps, beneath pediments, of two storeys 2.2.2 windows. Sashes in reveals. Recessed porch of circular plan, with 2 pilasters on each side of a plain doorway the front half (with entablature above a 4 fluted Ionic column) now dismantled, leaving the stone-flagged base. The north east elevation of the main block is bow-shaped, with wide central windows of triple sashes: set back to the rear is a lower wing of plain features. The wing to the rear of the south east end is L-shaped, with vernacular details.
