EXBURY AND LEPE LOWER EXBURY SZ 49 NW 15/10 Lower Exbury Farm house II
Farmhouse now house. Early C18 incorporating earlier building and reused material form Lower Exbury Church, altered C19, extended C20. Rubble stone and brick walling, old plain tile roof. 2 storey, C18 building L-shaped of 3 and 5 bay wings, to outside of junction of wings, C20 wing added to form T-shape. C18 entrance front has 3 bay wing projecting from LH end. To LH of centre bay projecting 1 1/2 storey porch with segmental headed archway and round window over. Bell-cast gabled roof. To LH 2-light casements on each floor, larger on ground floor. To 2 bay to RH similar. RH bay is blank stack bay. Ridge stack over LH bay and RH end stack.
