2. 2 storey and attics, timber-framed and plastered, roofs tiled. Front altered late C18/C19 with 3 window range, sash, centre 3-light. Wood eaves cornice with slender shaped brackets. Ground floor modern bar rooms with wood case with pilasters. Sculptured horse above ground floor splay bay.
No 96, White Horse Hotel, Nos 98 and 99 with East House, East Street form a group.
