3/69 The Old Stores (formerly 8/10/76 listed as The Stores, Church Street)
GV II
House, formerly with a shop. Early C18. Timber-framed; rendered, with ashlar lining; C20 pantiles. 2 storeys and attic; a short 1½-storey range behind. Rear chimney-stack. 2 large square bays across the front have fixed shop windows with a central transome; between them, an Edwardian panelled and half- glazed door. On the upper floor, 2 3-light Edwardian mullion-and-transome style windows. In the gable wall, an old 3-light attic window with square leaded panes and pintle hinges.
