Former farm building. Early c19, converted House, C.1970. Random kidney flint with red brick quoins and dressings; pantiles. Fluted barge-boards and spike finial to the rear gable. Set gable-end to the street. 2 storeys, with a single-storey lean-to along the west side. The east side has 5 3-light plain casement windows to the upper floor and 4 semi-circular-headed Diocletian-type windows to the ground floor with vertical glazing bars. A central entrance arch with semi-circular head now has a recessed entrance door within. A semi-circular window in the gable end, and an inserted 3-light casement window above it with a single bar to lights. 4 small gabled dormers inserted along the west slope of the roof, and 2 red brick chimney-stacks, set internally, with plain shafts and corbelled heads.
