House. Early C16 with C18 extensions to right and C19 and C20 extensions to rear. Timber framed old cottage clad in colourwashed brick below, tile hung above; extensions to rear in similar style. Plain tiled roof, hipped with gablet to left end, over-sailing gable on ridge to right. Old cottage to front with wing at right angles to rear and extensions to rear left forming an L-shape. Two framed bays, 2 storeys with large stack to rear centre. Three first floor casement windows and three windows on ground floor. Part- glazed door to right with decorative tile hanging. Outer gables and central gabled dormer. New entrance to centre. Part-glazed door in large open gabled porch. Brick single storey wing to right. Interior:- windbraced roof. Deep fireplace with large double oven. Queenpost roof.
