2. Church of England. Cruciform building with central tower having a broached shingled spire, the chancel having a south chapel and the nave a south chapel and porch. The nave is pre-Conquest (north wall rebuilt in 1863), south aisle C12, the remainder C13 (north transept rebuilt in 1863), except the south porch which is C15.
