House. Circa 1835-45, perhaps by George Harman. Yellow brick with stuccoed bands over ground and first floors and parapet, as well as quoins. Three storeys and basement; two window front, glazing bar sashes in stuccoed surrounds. Wider glazing bar sash slightly off-line to right on ground floor. Rusticated round-arched entrance surround to recessed doorway to left. Spearhead railings around area to right and flanking steps leading up to front door.
