Cottage. Early C19 building of 2 parallel ranges. Front range of red brick with grey headers. Tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys; 3 windows. 12 pane sashes with horns and cambered architraves to ground floor. Central C20 door, rear wing may be slightly earlier in date. Red brick with grey headers and tiled roof with catslide to rear. Left side elevation has 1 window, including 12-pane sash to first floor, right side elevation is rendered and has a casement obscured by an adjoining property. The building was advertised for sale in 1838.
