A pair of matching neatly designed detached cottages of circa 1800. Set back from
the road behind a low wall of Bognor stone rubble, and canted slightly towards one another.
Stucco-faced. 2 storeys. Slate roofs. End chimneys. 2 widely spaced casement
windows. Central doors beneath rectangular convex metal canopies, probably of
the original period. Brick modillion eaves cornice.
