SOUTH PALLANT 1. 972 (West Side) No 13 & Outbuildings to South SU 8604 NW 4/168 II 2. Early C19. 2 storeys and attic. Steeply pitched red tiled roof with hip at South end and Joining roof to outhouse adjoining the house. Tall shallow brick stack at Northern end; dormer window with flat roof. Painted brick. 1 window bay. Sash windows with square heads with glazing bars intact; window below in slightly segmental arch. Door at south end with 6 flush panels; panelled reveals; moulded frame with rustic style pediment shaped hood over on plain brackets. Adjoining the house to the south, an outbuilding with tiled gabled roof; gable end facing street. Tile- hung above and rendered below. Painted blocked opening above in centre; large modern wooden boarded doors below.
