Town house. C18, refronted mid C19. Stucco on masonry with channelled rustication to ground floor; dry Delabole slate roof with central original roof dormer with 9-pane sash; moulded cornice to deep front eaves soffit; octagonal stair hall lantern behind lower ridge on left. Double-depth plan fronting much older rear wing. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Original hornless sashes with glazing bars; within eared architraves to upper floors; 1st floor with moulded cornice hoods to tall entablature and sill brackets. Ground floor has 2 round-headed sashes, left and centre, with fanlight heads and plain bottom lights, and porch on the right with round-headed doorway with incised key pattern to pilasters and moulded entablature above; door within has 9 panes over 2 panels and fanlight over. 3-window right-hand return with attic windows to gable. Rear wing has steep roof and lateral stacks. INTERIOR has many mid C19 features including curved well staircase and segmental stair arch with incised pilasters and soffit.
